Bright Choice works with our preferred, licensed and bonded vendors for upkeep and updating of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lawn care, tree trimming, storm clean-up, and general repairs that come up from the day-to-day use of a property.
We work with our vendors to pull the necessary permits, ensure all the details are covered to minimize delays, and provide you with priority service and preferred rates.
